Butter Chicken, traditionally known as Murgh Makhani, is a delicious curry of chicken, tomato and gently spiced, finished with a generous helping of butter to create a silky sauce. We use Evaporated Milk to help keep the calories down, allowing you to enjoy an extra helping!
